Terms of Use (Draft)
Draft terms for ArubaAssist. This content is a placeholder and must be reviewed and replaced by legal counsel before launch. All sections below are subject to legal review.
Services Description (Draft)
ArubaAssist provides a managed coordination service for emergency and repair requests in Aruba. We handle intake, triage, dispatch, and communication throughout the service lifecycle. On-site work is performed by independent providers coordinated by ArubaAssist.
Third-Party Service Providers (Draft)
ArubaAssist is not an employer of independent providers and does not guarantee any provider availability. Independent providers perform the on-site work, while ArubaAssist coordinates assignments and remains your communication channel before, during, and after the visit.
Payments & Billing (Draft)
Pricing, fees, inspection charges, and authorization caps are disclosed during the request flow. Additional approvals may be required if work exceeds the stated authorization limit. Billing timelines, payment methods, and receipts will be defined in final terms.
Service Limitations (Draft)
Service availability depends on location, access, urgency, weather, and capacity. ArubaAssist may decline requests that are unsafe, unlawful, or outside service scope.
Liability & Resolution (Draft)
ArubaAssist manages the service process and will coordinate issue resolution with assigned operators. Limits of liability, warranty terms, and dispute procedures will be specified in the final legal terms.
User Responsibilities (Draft)
You agree to provide accurate contact information, access details, and issue descriptions, and to follow safety instructions communicated by ArubaAssist. You are responsible for ensuring access to the service location when required.
Changes & Termination (Draft)
These draft terms may be updated. Continued use of ArubaAssist after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms, subject to legal review and final publication.
